What started as a teenage crush, led to a NYC proposal, and now just shy of 8 years of love shared between Demi & Angus, they’re now married! They were married on Friday at @jaspersberry , and jagged the best weather of the week with it being my only wedding last week that it didn’t rain! Such an incredible day! ——— [email protected] #weddingphotographer #wollongong #illawarraweddings #Sydney #berrynsw #southernhighlands #jaspersweddings #jaspers #rusticwedding #sunset #autumnweddings #southcoastnsw #bowral #bowralwedding #weddingflowers #intimatewedding #hellomay #southernhighlandsweddingphotographer #australia #agameoftones #autumn #sydneyweddings #canberra #southcoast #wollongongwedding #huntervalley #heyheyhellomay #weddings #canberrawedding #sydneyweddings

Can you tell I had an absolute blast with these two?! Chris & Jason’s smiles and laughter were completely infectious from the second we started portraits, and I don’t think there was a single moment across the day where they weren’t making each other laugh. We kicked things off with pre-ceremony portraits before heading down to the beautiful Old Wollongong Courthouse for their intimate elopement surrounded by their closest family & friends. Between the laughter, the energy these two brought, and just how genuinely joyful they are together, this was such a fun one to photograph 🖤 A few favourites from Chris & Jason’s Wollongong elopement. #wollongongweddingphotographer #wollongongelopement #oldwollongongcourthouse #southcoastweddingphotographer #nswweddingphotographer ——— [email protected]

Autumn weddings in the Southern Highlands really are something else 😮‍💨🍂 Emily & Jordan’s wedding at Growwild Wildflower Farm was one of those days where everything aligned perfectly. The NSW Southern Highlands absolutely shines during autumn, with the trees turning every shade of red and gold, and Growwild coming alive amongst it all. Pair that with perfect weather and an unreal sunset, and the scene was set for such an incredible wedding day. What made this one even more special for me though, was already knowing Emily’s family after photographing her sister’s wedding back in 2023. Somehow 2026 has become the year of photographing the weddings of siblings of past couples, and honestly, being trusted by families to come back and document another huge chapter of their lives is something I never take for granted. And truly, the people made this day what it was. I already knew Emily’s side were wonderful, but meeting Jordan’s family and all of their loved ones too - this wedding was just filled with genuinely kind, welcoming people everywhere you turned. The best atmosphere, the biggest celebrations, and such a joy to photograph from beginning to end. A stunning autumn wedding at Growwild, two incredible humans, and the dreamiest Southern Highlands light 🍂✨ ——— [email protected] #growwildwedding #growwildwildflowerfarm #southernhighlandswedding #southernhighlandsweddingphotographer #nswweddingphotographer

There’s something really special about being invited back into someone’s story. I photographed Katie & Patrick’s wedding in 2024, so when they reached out to share their news and asked me to capture this next chapter, I was genuinely so excited! Being trusted to document these moments beyond the wedding day and to see your lives grow is something I never take for granted. This one felt like such a full circle moment. Same two people, same connection, just with a whole new kind of anticipation and excitement. Katie & Patrick, such a beautiful season for you both 🤍 ——— [email protected] #maternityphotographynsw #southcoastphotographer #sydneymaternityphotographer #lifestylephotographer #maternitysession

Last week at The Stables at Bendooley Estate with Caroline & Michael 🤍 Such a fun day with these two — everything just felt easy, relaxed, and full of genuine moments. Rain was forecast for the afternoon, but instead we got those moody Southern Highlands skies rolling through, followed by the most incredible golden sunset. Truly the best of both worlds for an autumn wedding in Bowral. And this one felt extra special. I photographed Michael’s brother Brock’s wedding at Book Barn at Bendooley Estate back in February 2024, so being trusted to capture both weddings across the two Bendooley Estate venues is something I don’t take lightly. ——— [email protected] #bendooleyestate #southernhighlandswedding #bowralwedding #autumnwedding #nswweddingphotographer

From South Africa to the South Coast — and somehow, it felt like home the whole way through 🤍 Kerri & John’s story isn’t one that fits neatly into a single place. With their lives (and their people) scattered across the globe, it only made sense to bring everyone together somewhere as special as Hyams Beach to celebrate — just one week before making things official back home. And honestly… why wouldn’t you choose white sand, ocean air, and your favourite humans all in one place? What stood out most about this day wasn’t just the setting (though that sunset absolutely delivered), but the people. The kind of warm, welcoming, genuinely wholesome energy that you feel the second you step into it — the hugs, the laughter, the way everyone just showed up for them. An absolute joy to capture alongside some of my South Coast favourites: @reneemilthorpecivilcelebrant , @realnicefilms & @angelajanebeauty ✨ ——— [email protected] #hyamsbeachwedding #southcoastwedding #australianweddingphotographer #intimatewedding #destinationwedding

Right as we stepped out for sunset portraits… the sky exploded. Katie & Matt’s Kimo Estate wedding in Gundagai delivered the kind of sunset that stops everyone in their tracks. As the sun dipped behind the Riverina hills the whole landscape lit up, wrapping the property in that incredible golden light. It was my first time photographing a wedding at Kimo Estate and what an introduction. We slipped away for a few minutes while nature absolutely did its thing — big skies, rolling farmland and two very happy newlyweds soaking it all in. Country sunsets really are something else. ——— [email protected] #kimoestatewedding #gundagaiwedding #riverinawedding #nswweddingphotographer #countryweddingnsw

Jess & Elle beneath the veil — one of my favourite images from their incredible day at Eleven Eighty on the NSW South Coast. Just the two of them for a moment, wrapped up together before the celebrations continued. I love weaving veil portraits into wedding portraits like this — they create such a soft, intimate frame and often end up being some of the most striking images from the day. ——— [email protected] #southcoastweddingphotographer #eleveneightywedding #nswsouthcoastwedding #lgbtweddingphotographer #australianweddingphotographer

My 500th wedding — and what an incredible day it was! Saturday’s wedding at Kimo Estate in Gundagai with Canberra couple Katie & Matt truly had everything. Heart, flair, big personalities, a phenomenal sunset and a dance floor that was never not packed. Katie & Matt travelled from Canberra to celebrate in the rolling hills of Gundagai, and the phrase getting thrown around all day was “country vogue.” It fit the day perfectly. These two actually met when Matt was working as a nightclub photographer, and if you scroll through this carousel you’ll see unapologetically-himself Matt paying tribute to how they met during their portraits. And in lieu of a first dance, Katie & Matt jumped behind the DJ decks and delivered a 20-minute set of their favourite bangers — which instantly turned the reception into an epic party. Add a glowing Kimo Estate sunset, incredible energy from everyone there, and two absolute legends at the centre of it all — and my 500th wedding across this career became one for the books. Katie & Matt, what a celebration. ——— [email protected] #kimoestate #kimoestatewedding #gundagaiwedding #canberrawedding #canberracouple

A beautiful Southern Highlands wedding at The Barn at Leeston 🤍 Although Bec & Marty now call Brisbane home, Marty’s family actually own this incredible Goulburn wedding venue, which made their celebration feel even more personal from the moment guests arrived. Their day was intimate, elegant, and so uniquely theirs. Surrounded by their closest people in the Southern Highlands countryside, it was one of those weddings where you could truly feel the connection between everyone there. Across every wedding I photograph, it’s always the relationships that shape the day — the hugs, the laughter, the proud looks from parents, and all the fleeting moments in between. I’m currently reliving it all again while designing their wedding album, and it’s been such a special way to revisit their day. ——— [email protected] #southernhighlandswedding #goulburnwedding #thebarnatleeston #nswweddingphotographer #translucentphotography

500 weddings photographed. 🤍 Yesterday I photographed my 500th wedding — a milestone that feels pretty surreal to say out loud. I photographed my first wedding back in 2015, and if you had told that version of me that a decade later I’d still be here, still documenting love stories, and that I’d reach five hundred weddings… I’m not sure I would’ve believed you. More than that, I never thought I’d be able to make a career from something I genuinely love doing. The fact that this is my life and my work is something I don’t take for granted for a second. This milestone exists entirely because of the couples who continue to entrust me with documenting one of the most emotionally charged days of their lives. That trust — to be present for the big moments and the quiet in-between ones — means everything to me. Across these 500 weddings I’ve witnessed so much more than just ceremonies and receptions. Quiet hand squeezes before walking down the aisle, deep breaths before the ceremony begins, parents trying to hold it together during speeches, emotional vows, wild dance floors, nature putting on phenomenal skies as a backdrop for golden-hour portraits, and all the little in-between moments that make each day uniquely theirs. The best part of what I do, though, is witnessing relationships. Not just between the couple getting married, but between the people who make up their world — parents, siblings, lifelong friends and chosen family. Watching those connections unfold throughout the day and documenting those interactions is an indescribable experience. It’s also what makes every wedding completely unique. Even when I’m returning to the same venues week in and week out, each day feels different because of the people there to celebrate. The relationships, the personalities, the emotion in the room — that’s what makes every wedding its own story. To every couple who has invited me into their story so far — thank you. Truly. Here’s to all the love stories still to come. 🤍 ——— [email protected] #weddingphotographer #australianweddingphotographer #southcoastweddings #weddingphotographylife #weddingindustry
