Two knee surgeries. Menopause. Work. Time. Age. Excuses. We keep it moving. Make the time. Rehab the injuries and managed to come back stronger, at 51, when I’m supposed to be slowing down 🙄 and getting weaker 😒. Teresa put in work for the past 6 months and now she is reaping the rewards just in time for the warm weather. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT💪 Jianna has been working with me since July. She is a softball and volleyball athlete who was seeking strength training. Jianna always gives her best effort on sets and has gained an understanding of how the weight room can help her performance. Jianna’s training was centered around fundamental strength and plyometrics. She had a tremendous increases in strength (Bench: 135x3 Squat:185x1 at 14 years old). We established a good base for plyometric training with variety of jumps & throws. The most important factor in her training was enjoyment. We always had ways of creating a game out of plyo exercises or choice of exercises. This accomplished my ultimate goal with the youth of creating a positive relationship with exercise‼️

🏋🏻‍♀️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🏋🏻‍♀️ The moment that Sue walked through the door, she knew that she was going all in and she wanted a change. And to this day, I have never seen her waiver from that. After experiencing life threatening medical issues, Sue decided to put her trust into getting a trainer, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of her journey. Since joining in October of 2023, Sue has now lost 45 pounds. She is a client who shows up each and every day ready to put in the work (even if I tell her we’re doing lunges😉). From the very beginning, she was so excited and eager to hear about new ways to go about her meal plan and incorporate new ideas to meet her goals. Sue has gained so much strength, and is constantly excited to move up in weights in every exercise. Aside from the number on the scale, the most clear thing for me to see as Sue’s trainer has been her growth in confidence and pure happiness. Sue has always been a bright light whenever she walks through the door, and everyone in the gym knows that. She might give me credit for inspiring motivation in her, but she’s the one that truly inspires ME.
