Come scrap on Saturday after Muay Thai, we offer sparring at 10:30 AM 🥊

Last Sunday, Duro held its first Women’s Self Defense Seminar! We had almost 30 wonderful ladies participate. 🤍
Coaches @jaykickboxer and @coachmeals taught effective techniques from both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu.
A portion of ticket sales went to Women Aware, an organization that provides resources and hope to women who were in domestic violence situations.
