Kneeling only core finisher 🔥 • For this finisher I did 3 supersets of 8 reps for each exercise. If I had to build an in-season rugby league hamstring program with three exercises, this is how I would do it. Not because three exercises is enough but because three well-chosen exercises cover the qualities that actually matter: long-length capacity, eccentric strength at the knee, and unilateral hip-hinge load.
