@martialarts.nerd Liam Lucking Kahen-sei Martial ArtsMI - Jeet Kune Do and Jamie Ponton who guidance from day one was priceless
Sensei Wayne and Sufi @jkdstokeontrent give the students 100%. I don’t trust easily but in them I do.
I enjoyed training last night having crappie week I felt I turn up not just attending in myself. Plus the chance training with well seasoned martial artists was great
The Cumbria Way, the yomp is a linear 112-kilometre (71-mile) long-distance footpath in Cumbria. Ulverston to Carlisle. The walk was a charity walk for Dougie Mc. First day is 15.5 mile from Ulverston to Coniston. Last time while to misdirection at the gate. Due to nightfall had to camp at Beacon Tarn.
I made excuses not to train and apologise to my sensei for not turning up. @martialarts.nerd was right the hardest part is to walk through the dojo doors. Only one I’m letting down is myself. He said if it’s bad day I can just come in say nothing and hit the heavy bag. I like the motivation he gives to me and the other students. Private lessons at times come private chats at @kahen.sei.kickboxing it’s cheaper than therapy. @martialarts.nerd and now @jkdstokeontrent are helping me more than they know. 💪🥋🥊👊
