Today’s TRAFFIK Jam meeting lead by Brent Shoji, Executive Director the team went back to their college years. It was more about fun as they played 𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒑 𝑪𝒖𝒑 - 𝑻𝒊𝒄 𝑻𝒂𝒄 𝑻𝒐𝒆.
This mornings task was about having fun. It still contribute to a strong team structure, resilience, concentration and improved overall performance among colleagues, which translates into better performance and productivity and a strong foundation for success.

Today, we witness a partial eclipse of the sun. In California we got a finger nail glimpse but it was enough to excite us; especially those whom have never witness an eclipse before.

Today’s TRAFFIK JAM team building assignment lead by Jeremy Troutt, Creative Director was to create a “new” product and share how it works, where did the idea come from and how can it help.
They brainstormed and let their 𝑖𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 flow.
Great ideas that seem to came from issues one or more had themselves. From a ‘universal translator’ exclusive to babies and pets, a ‘custom coffee injector’ designed for your bike. The more you pedal the more coffee you brew. How about a device to shut out any negative talk (paraphrased)🤭and lastly, the ‘lock’n sock’, never lose a sock again!

Team building is not just talking about bringing our team together. It’s about creating a culture of collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. The key success of any organization.
Today’s exercise the team met on a 1:1 basis with another colleague to learn about each other’s role at TRAFFIK and how they chose their career path.
By learning a little more about each other helps understand where they’re coming from, how they think and how they can work together to motivate and achieve their shared goals.
Team building at TRAFFIK is about creating a space where our team feels comfortable sharing their ideas, and asking for help when needed. This requires a culture of trust and mutual respect among each individual.
