The moment I almost quit.
During Covid, we were buried in work, but nothing was going right.
Materials were delayed. Labor was tight. Clients were frustrated. Schedules were slipping. Most of it was out of our control, but we were taking the hits from every direction.
I remember thinking, maybe Wal Mart is hiring greeters. That is where I was mentally.
That season forced me to admit something had to change. So I joined Entrepreneur Organization, found people who understood the pressure, and eventually implemented EOS with a business coach who helped us lead with more structure and clarity.
It was not easy, but it changed everything.
Today, I can honestly say I love what I do and who I do it with.
Sometimes the moment you almost quit is the exact moment things start to change. 🛠️
