Not so mini anymore! šāØ
Happy Birthday to our 'Mini Manager' Krystal!
Itās hard to believe how much time has passed since she first started "running the show" here and grew up right alongside the business.
Watching her get another year older while we prepare to say goodbye to these four walls is definitely bittersweet! Her management is coming with us to the new space.
Drop a "Happy Birthday" in the comments for Krystal! š„³š

Honoring Reverend Jesse Louis Jackson, Sr.
My relationship with Reverend Jackson began in the early 1980s when I worked with the PUSH International Trade Bureau as a young research analyst. It was there that I first learned how business, advocacy, and economic empowerment intersect.
From 2015ā2017, I had the honor of traveling with him as part of his technology team, meeting with leaders at Microsoft, Intel, Google, Apple and others to push for greater inclusion in the tech industry for African Americans, Hispanics, women, and underserved communities.
One of my proudest moments was helping create a youth STEM and robotics space inside Operation PUSH headquarters. Reverend Jackson loved that space. On Saturday mornings, he would proudly show visitors from around the world how civil rights had evolved into digital rights and access to innovation.
It was an honor to work alongside him.
My condolences to his family and all whose lives he touched.
Rest well, Reverend. Your impact lives on.
We went back and forth on this decision. There wasnāt a clear answer.

The real debate. Our founders talk through whether to lower the goal or keep pushing toward what we originally set out to do.
The path forward comes down to tradeoffs, values, and the strength of the community around this mission.
