When @peaceimages and I moved from St Louis to San Diego in the fall of 2009, we had a farewell party at our favorite venue, The Gramophone. It was an epic night, packed out, all our friends performed...a beautiful situation. Here's a video of @rockwellknuckles performing with the whole squad on stage, including @tefpoe
Fast forward to now, 17 years later: I was in the studio today with Tef and Rocky, and @thegramophone is now an amazing sandwich shop where I DJ once a month. Come through tomorrow Thursday May 14, have a sandwich and listen to some rap music with me.
