And a little training montage from this week in Marseille set to an absolute banger of a freestyle maybe soon to be track from @dhthemc . I train over and over and over my clinch making sure to do at least 1 round of resistance band assisted bag work everytime I hit the bag to level up my muay khao style.
I'm back I'm france training - coaching pts if anyone's interested and trying to see what's up fightwise here for the next couple of months- then back to thailand in August for 3 months before euro wmo championships - lots and lots of work but priviliged and so happy to get to keep grinding and doing something I adore.

[HIGHLIGHT ALERT] Here's a lil reel of some of my favourite moments from my fight last week.
Unfortunately I lost the fight on decission after 5 really hard rounds, taking some really heavy damage in the third (a cut which needed stitches and a small break in the cartlige on my nose) and not quite able to keep up against a really strong and skilled opponent.
Super greatful to @eagle_muaythai and @rawaiboxingstadium for the opportunity and looks like we will ride again next Friday (08/02) assuming I'm fully healed and firing as I should be - will confirm this soon.
Obviously this reel shows only my best moments and not the ones where I also took some really heavy hits - I'll put the full fight up in a couple of weeks when I'm back in Europe.

Coming into the 2025 season, hoping to have more and bigger fights this year - aiming for at least 7 before the end of the 2025 season but let's see what the future holds - always happy to hear about competions and ready to accept any fights between 67 & 72kgs :)

Second Fight @loikroh.boxingstadium - Second Fight in Two Weeks - Second win by TKO. I do however apologise to my gym and my team for my poor blocking resulting in a broken forearm.
I take this fight as a big learning opportunity - owing to my poor guarding and less than perfect distance management I suffered a broken forearm in the second round which puts an end to my fighting ambitions for the next month....
I'm immensely proud of having battled through and for none the less gaining victory against a strong opponent but this sport humbles as much as it validates and I'll be back in the lab asap to work on the flaws I've identified:
• Guard needs to be higher and tighter with smaller forearm bone tucked in.
• I need to be more relentless in my attacks to stop my opponent hitting back in quieter periods.
• Improve range management to not linger in the orange zone/kick pocket - work on either staying out or rushing through quickly to my preferred clinch zone.
• Work with resistance band to improve arm position and guard especially after kicks
• Chase less, pressure more -> if opponent retreats force them to come back to game rather than following.

Women Queer & Trans Training Camp/Stage MBTPG February 2026.
This February I hosted our 3rd Muay Thai training camp in the new gym space that we have been working on to host events during the weekends. 14 participants from 4 different countries came together for four sessions across the weekend in different elements of Muay Thai.
Ce weekend, j'ai organisé notre troisième stage d'entraînement de Muay Thaï dans notre nouvelle salle de sport, que nous aménageons pour accueillir des événements le week-end. Quatorze participants de quatre pays différents se sont réunis pour quatre séances réparties sur le week-end, couvrant différents aspects du Muay Thaï.
Our theme for the weekend was structure and form working on how to maintain our own good posture and shape whilst fighting and how to disrupt that of our opponents.
Le thème du week-end était la structure et la forme, en travaillant sur la manière de maintenir une bonne posture et une bonne forme physique pendant le combat, et sur la manière de perturber celles de nos adversaires.
The weekend was divided into four sessions of approx 2 and a half hours. One each morning and a second each evening with the following structure:
Session 1: Form and Structure : Slow session - focus on maintaining structure and precise movement - partnered ping pong work and correction with shadow boxing and precision drills.
Session 2: Rhythm and Pace: Intense session - focus on increasing and decreasing speed, changing pace and rhythm through slow Thai style and K1/one championship fast aggressive work. Shadow with instructions followed by a couple of short partner drills and into pad work.
Session 3: Clinch - technical clinch drills and shadow for the first hour and a quarter followed by 45 minutes of non stop clinch sparing
Session 4: 5 × 5 padwork followed by open free sparing and then matched sparing 2 × 3 × 3.
Séance 1 : Forme et structure : Séance lente – axée sur le maintien de la structure et la précision des mouvements – travail en binôme (type ping-pong) et corrections avec shadow boxing et exercices de précision.

~ MUAY KHAO MOMENTS ~
A few months ago at the @qtmagathering the wonderful @deboracaro.r /@intothering.photo proposed that we do a photo shoot for their photo book project which features profiles of FLINTA* fighters and Muay Thai practitioners shadow boxing, doing hand wraps, training, fighting and preparing.
At the time I was pretty injured still and not able to do pads or sack really so we just did a bunch of photos shadow boxing 🥊 but I am absolutely delighted and amazed at how beautifully the came out!!!
So often I feel that my technique is kinda ugly and I don't feel like my body looks like it makes the beautiful shapes we should be capable of when performing at the higher level in Muay Thai so it was extra special for me to come away with photos that display beautiful looking (and not just effective) technique especially in the muay khao style which is so precious to me.
These photos gave me a new burst of energy and motivation for my current training goals and help me feel much more confident with a Thailand trip and hopefully and bunch of fights up and coming!!!

~ ENTER THE VOID. EMPTY - AND BECOME WIND -
Longer montage of blindfolded shadow boxing.
The aim here is to work on prioritising footwork and overall nervous system awareness. You'll notice that in the beginning I can easily move and turn on my axis because I can count and hold the steps I've made in my head and am always able to return to my starting position.
As time goes on and I do more combos I loose this inherent sense of placement held in my minds eye and have to start relying on other senses, the relative sound and position of the guys training behind me, the feel of different parts of the mat, or in worst case hitting the borders of the ring.
Kinda happy I mostly managed to stay in shot

I'm experimenting a lot with a new style recently, inspired by a philosophy of hyper presence/non presence and relaxation with elements of lerdsillas uper-body movement and hyper relaxation nong-rose's elbows and pinsinchais footwork.
In this skit I'm moving through three distinct phases:
First blindfolded to force focus on precise and grounded footwork and disconnection from outside influence on my movement and structure.
Second, hyper relaxation and an "abscense" of guard - instead of taking energy and time to hold up a guard, one tries to move with the flow of fight and just outside the pocket, only bringing up hands to strike or defend.
Intense speed and agression, still relaxation is présent but tension and précision are brought to the table...
It's a work in process, let me know what you think :)
