Hello we love love and we DO have a lil wedding coming thru the brewery later tonight. Trace Bloomfield is gonna close at 7pm.
Food truck for today is @robalsmobile and they’re on an EARLY START (thank u, Rob and Al!!!!) so we’ll have eats on the street like 2pm to 7pm ish today! Come say hey and grab a bite and a bev til the Bloomfield buyout begins.
Trace Echo is on normal hours today with our first-ever @radicaltrivia in Uptown starting at 6pm. Hi Jared!!
And Aspinwall - we’re back!!!! Tonight also marks the Food Truck Friday debut service for 2026 happening at @alleghenyrivertrailpark starting at 5pm with @el_sabor_pgh on dinner duty at the park. Happy Friday to all! 💙

Behind the bar *and* behind the lens. Technically at this point our *second newest* front of house hire, @kaylalukitsch comes to Trace with several years of bartending experience.
Oh, *and* and her film industry work (wow!) - hear about some of the movies Kayla’s had the chance to work on!
She’s shaking her favorite cocktails (ask if she likes Tequila!!!) and Kayla is one half of Passengers; a monthly Sunday evening party at Trace alongside @hunyrocks .
Finally - if you’ve got cocktail questions, just ask!! Kayla has conceived signature cocktails for events and she can probably help guide you toward the drink that’s right for you.

🎤 Trace Echo x Radical Trivia 🎤
OG Trace fans who have been with us since the start likely remember Jared of @radicaltrivia !! Well, after a nice run of shows in 2021 - 2022, he introduced us to the lovely Jess - her *Bloomfield night* is our weekly dose of Wednesday trivia. And it rules.
Fast forward a bit and here we are in 2026. Our second location (Trace Echo) is gaining some steam and our regulars asked for a trivia night.

Beginning May 15, Jared is gonna lead a weekly Friday trivia night from 6pm to 8pm inside our cozy *Uptown* digs (1738 Forbes Ave). Uptown, this one’s for YOU!!
Tell a friend or two and be part of the maiden voyage! Again, that’s a 6pm start time tomorrow (Friday May 15) at Trace Echo with Phillie behind the bar and Jared on the horn.

Hot Take: This city needs more riverside pop-ups. Although our home base in Bloomfield is landlocked, every May thru October - we go on a 15215 sidequest to @alleghenyrivertrailpark for FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY, a weekly riverside pop-up in the park.
Season Opener drops tomorrow (Fri, May 15) with @el_sabor_pgh joining the Trace offsite crew in Aspinwall. The trucks will rotate each week and so will our beers! Gonna do our damndest to always provide something light (think, Kellerbier lager) alongside something hoppy (think, Orange Sap IPA). TBH, that’s based on feedback *from Aspinwall peeps* which we appreciate!!
Touch grass, look at the river, eat tacos for dinner and grab a Bev ALL in one of the Pittsburgh area’s finest non-profit run park spaces with direct access to the Allegheny if you wanna drop in with kayak or canoe.
PS - family friendly *and* ample free parking.

🌮 Since July 2021, Jose (and now his son, Diego) have been feeding Bloomfield their signature cuts of Al Pastor from the @taqueriapastorcitopgh food truck.
The pull-behind trailer pulls up tonight (Wednesday May 13) on Main St just like it does on *so many* Wednesdays throughout the year. Our mid-week tradition.
Be sure to peep their sidewalk-mounted salsa bar so you can dress your tacos just like @ericamirellatat2 in the pic (wow!)
Dinner starts ~5pm with @radicaltrivia led by Jess at 7pm sharp. Great night to hang out. 💙
