The Mitsubishi Classic came down to the wire. Modified Stableford scoring kept players aggressive, but only Stephen Ames and Retief Goosen reached the final summit. Goosen's clutch birdie on the 18th secured his victory, making him the second player ever to win both the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions at TPC Sugarloaf.
