Let’s Tap In was born as a college project when Ryan and Conrad combined their passion for marketing and event planning to help local restaurants and bars boost foot traffic and brand awareness.
Over time, Let’s Tap In evolved into a full-service marketing agency, working with clients across industries such as law, banking, construction, property management, technology, hospitality, and more.
The vision continues to evolve, and the goal remains clear: grow with the best people. As proud alumni, Let’s Tap In prioritizes hiring Towson alumni for full-time roles, as well as undergraduate students for its internship program.
Thank you @towsonuniversity for the opportunity, and thank you @towsonstartup for the guidance throughout the years. Cheers to continuous success
There is something quietly powerful about a room full of women who walk in knowing they belong there. At Towson University’s StarTUp at the Armory, @ATHENAPowerLink ® Baltimore’s 2026 Women in Business Speaker Series brought together leaders from construction, brewing, banking, and venture to talk honestly about what it takes to lead in male‑prominent industries — and to make sure the next generation doesn’t have to start from scratch.
Britt (Tegeler) Arnold, Judy Neff, and Dr. Deborah Hemingway panelists at the event shared the kind of hard‑won lessons you rarely hear on a main stage: letting go of “I have to do everything myself,” betting on your mission even when the path feels uncertain, and building teams and relationships that last beyond any one role.
As Dr. Hemingway put it, “It’s okay to have support. It’s okay to ask for help… because the next generation needs female leaders in these historically male‑dominated fields. They need them to lead and to change the culture.”
