‘Music for Wave States’ grew out of experiments with binaural beats and healing tones conducted while developing material for a sound therapy app. It features field recordings captured in Belfast, Donegal, Clare, Wexford and the Czech Republic.
The vibe is transportive and deliberately escapist. These are soundscapes to sink and dissolve into. Mini worlds of respite. Spacious, minimal arrangements, evolving at an easy pace. Everything’s a bit fuzzy, the corners all rounded off. Kind of like looking out the window, dozing, on a long train ride through unfamiliar country, scenery whizzing by.
So, disable notifications and delete all your apps. Why not switch the damn thing off? Sit down. Relax. Take your time. Sleep, if you want. Sink into stillness and enjoy the peace.

Thanks to all supporting Deathbed Convert’s recent ‘Music For Wave States’. We’ve been able to donate £414.45 to @action_mental_health for the initial Bandcamp sales towards the end of last year.
