What a weekend celebrating Highland flavours! 🍽️
We were delighted to be part of the @visitinvernesslochness ‘Taste of the Highlands’ event at @edencourttheatrecinema on Saturday, celebrating the very best food and drink from across the Highlands.
Our very own Chef Gerrard and apprentice Chef de Partie Bruce took to the stage for a live cooking demonstration showcasing some of the flavours and creativity behind the dishes we serve in our Torrish restaurant at Ness Walk.

Savour our 'Taste of Cassoulet' - confit duck leg, Toulouse sausage, pork belly and lingot beans, inspired by Executive Chef Gerard’s grandmother’s recipe.
This dish is perfectly paired with a glass of Les Becs Fins, a Rhône red with ripe berry fruit, gentle spice and silky tannins, creating a beautifully balanced experience. Comforting, indulgent and made for relaxed evenings by the river.
