Artist: @toromade_t Title: Saint Of the Unspoken (2026) Medium: Acrylic on Canvas Size: 36 × 48 in. A figure crowned in gold leaf stands as testament to resilience. The unplayed horn holds narratives of hardship, unheard yet ever- present. Vibrant balloons rise against this weight, declaring that joy refuses to be silenced.

A new chapter, and a clearer voice. In his latest body of work, Tosin Toromade revisits the balloon as a symbol of identity and mental health — now deepened by the Yoruba adage “Aiyé Gbegé” (“Life is fragile”). The introduction of the bugle and French horn shifts the narrative. No longer subtle, the figure announces fragility with intention. Breath becomes sound. Silence becomes declaration. The horn amplifies what the balloon has always carried — a reminder to be gentle with life, to be kind, and to celebrate despite its impermanence. These works mark an evolution in Tosin’s practice, where symbolism is no longer held quietly, but proclaimed. We’re proud to present new works by Tosin Toromade at the Spring edition of the Affordable Art Fair, New York. 📍 Booth A29 🗓 March 18–22, 2026 🏢 Starrett-Lehigh Building #TosinToromade #ArtPantheonGallery #AffordableArtFairNYC #ContemporaryAfricanArt

🎈 I rise in gratitude, clothed in dawn, Thankful for breath, for purpose, for power. Elohim’s spark burns within God’s grace flows through my hands. Tòrò—peace and strength made flesh, I walk with reverence, my steps an offering. For every battle, a blessing followed; For every silence, God’s whisper of calling. This is the year I become El Tòrò— Not by might, but by mercy. Crowned in thanksgiving, I manifest The word, the will, the wonder of God. This is a Coronation. This is Kingdom come! Jesu lo ni gbogbo Glory. Alleluyah!!!🙌🏾 +1 Accessories: @r.a.w_craft Chakam: @boxzys_pixels

Our greatness is rooted in the unity of our people and the richness of our diversity. The world knows our name—not because our struggles and pain have placed us on the map, nor because we’ve been defeated, but because, in the heart of every Nigerian, lies the true essence of love, unity, resilience, and patriotism. We are not perfect, but we are EXTREMELY & EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT at everything. Naija no go ever carry last. Our competitive spirit keeps us soaring, even through the toughest challenges. Every pressure brings forth new strength. We are Nigerians. YOU KNOW OUR NAME! Àpótí Olà (bench of wealth) Designed for Technogym DESIGN TO MOVE EXHIBITION April 2024
