Most of my brides book me because they don’t wear a lot of makeup (if any) every day, and they want to still look and feel like themselves on their wedding day. And I never want to take that away from them just because “it needs to show up in photos.” Because the truth is, if I apply more makeup than you’re comfortable with just for the sake of the camera, you’ll probably see that in your photos too. And instead of seeing yourself, you may see the makeup first. Natural bridal makeup is not about doing “less” without intention.
