Used to hide the voice, now I’m comfortable in the noise. God backed me in a corner, left me no other choice. I was starving in the silence, watching chances get spread, Then I woke up to the truth that closed mouths don’t get fed.

Almost two decades in the making. From a two sport high school athlete in basketball and track to a Division I journey at @michiganstateu that included a knee injury that nearly ended everything. I transferred, rebuilt, won three national championships, earned eleven All American honors, and still found a way to walk on and play basketball at @davenportuniversity . Then the path expanded. I moved to California and stepped into acting, media, and modeling, working with major brands, publications, and networks. Interviews, video games, reality television, scripted dramas, films, and documentaries. Professional basketball across more than eleven countries and territories. Even suiting up with the @harlemglobetrotters . From there came the business. Building platforms. Creating opportunities. Then reshaping the “Streetball / YouTube” Basketball space with @ballislife @ballislife.hoops . Working as talent, creative, and consultant, and now in journalism and broadcasting covering sports and entertainment. Every chapter added another layer to the story. Grateful to every brand, company, and collaborator who believed early and kept supporting the vision. I cannot tag everyone who played a role, but I will continue telling the full story and highlighting the people who helped shape it. Today I was verified on the final major platform I set out to earn.(No Subscriptions) @tiktok Verification was never the goal. Credibility, consistency, and impact are. Still, it means something to have the work recognized after this long of a road. Grateful for the journey. Focused on what is next. All glory to God.

I started out just wanting to help grow the game. Help brands. Help companies. Help people see what I saw. The journey into journalism hasn’t been easy, but it’s been real. I’ve learned a lot, taken some hits, and grown in ways I didn’t expect. I’m grateful for everyone who’s followed the work, respected the craft, and understood the intention behind it. I’ve grown a lot, and I know I still have a long way to go. But I’m thankful for the platform God has given me and the opportunity to help shape a space I’ve been a part of building with @ballislife and @ballislife.hoops . My goal has always been simple: be honest about what I see, on the court and off it, and help players and platforms continue to grow. I don’t come from much. Everything I have came from showing up, staying ready, and getting it out the mud when nobody was watching. Being in this position today is something I don’t take lightly. Keep going. Do the right things. Fall in love with the process. Your opportunity will come, but only if you’re ready when it does. Appreciate everyone who’s been rocking with the journey.
