Since 2016, we’ve been offering SCI coffee processing courses to empower coffee communities with the knowledge and expertise needed to enhance production quality. Just today, we wrapped up the first course of this harvest season, and we’re excited to continue delivering these impactful training sessions throughout the season and beyond.
The 2024 Yunnan Coffee Flavor Map concluded successfully.
Over four days, we hosted an extensive coffee cupping session with more than 350 skilled Q-graders, inspiring talks from industry experts, and a lively brewing competition in the beautiful coffee village of Lao Xu Zhai.

In addition to the coffee plantations and nursery, our farm in Pu’er, situated just 30 minutes from our headquarter and academy, has expanded its facilities over the years. These now include a classroom and a cupping lab for coffee processing courses, alongside a processing plant for our special lots. Recently, we’ve also opened a café, offering our dear visitors the chance to enjoy drinking coffee at the farm. We find the experience of being on the farm, learning about coffee, and tasting it right where it grows truly thrilling…
