After a community building year, we are showcasing our local lisbon artists from all facets of livecoding. Joining them, we have Lil Data: the hyperpop live coding project of Manchester-born, Iceland-based musician and researcher Jack Armitage.
Livecoding is the practice of performing live using audio and/or video generated from code and an algorave is the environment where it takes place.

Depois do nosso primeiro ano de construção comunitária, apresentamos os nossos artistas de lisboa dos cantos mais multifacetados do livecoding. A acompanhá-los temos Lil Data: o projecto de hyperpop e livecoding de Jack Armitage, oriundo de Manchester e sediado na Islândia.
Livecoding é uma prática de performance onde se utiliza audio e/ou vídeo gerados por código. algorave é onde se materializa esta prática.
Juntem-se a nós para uma noite de experimentação e código-rascunho.

Um espaço informal para partilhar processos, mostrar experiências em curso e explorar código como instrumento.
Traz o teu computador, mostra o teu ecrã, apresenta uma ideia, um patch, um erro interessante ou um projeto ainda por acabar. O programa constrói-se ao vivo e em conjunto.

Código-vivo is code made alive, live. toplap.pt hosts its first lisbon gathering of livecoding where everyone is invited to bring their setups and show what they are exploring in the universe of live and creative coding.
Even if you’re too shy to share your screen, come share a drink and some snacks and get to know the lisbon livecoding community!
Along with the gathering we have the usual Late Night Creative Sessions with @lncsfsc where you’re welcome to work on any artistic projects.
