Final day @dorian.nottinghill 🥰 What a ride the past 19 months have been!
Starting out in the production kitchen February 23 helping Ollie and Johnny then moving to help on pastry in June 23 when there was no pastry chef anymore what an experience….
I thought after my last pastry job years ago I would never be on pastry again but the inspiring genius of cheffy @maxcoen_chef convinced me to have a go …. Been an amazing 18months working alongside this great head chef creating delicious recipes and desserts ….

If you’ve come down to a LUTO pop up over the years it is extremely likely you’ve seen this Wonder Woman shaking some pans saucing some things up. We met working at Quo Vadis a decade or so ago where she started out as a chef. Dawn has given her free time from working full time in some of London’s finest eating establishments, like St. John’s and Dorian, to help me build the bridge between dream and reality.
