There was a time when this dream lived in a cubicle so small it could barely contain it. A space that forced me to choose between fabric and movement. A space that heard my sighs at the end of long days and my prayers in moments of doubt.
That little corner saw everything.
The days i waited for orders that didn’t come.
The days i questioned my talent.
The moments i wondered if consistency would ever be rewarded.
It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t loud. It was quiet, heavy work—showing up when motivation was low and hope felt fragile. Learning through mistakes. Losing money. Starting again. Holding on when quitting would have been easier.
Growth didn’t happen suddenly. It happened slowly. Painfully. One lesson at a time. One client at a time. One season of endurance after another.
There were times i felt unseen. Times i felt behind. Times i felt exhausted but kept going anyway because the vision mattered too much to abandon.
Moving from Benin City to Lagos, from a cubicle to a duplex, is emotional because i remember every step it took to get here. I remember how far i’ve come. I remember who i was when this dream was fragile and uncertain.
