More than a workout - it’s a method, a mindset, and a movement.
Hear from our founder @madeleinehasulak about how Tonic began and why it continues to evolve 💪🏼
Change starts with breath.
Before the push.
Before the shake.
Before the part you want to rush through.
Breathe.
Breath is not the soft part of the work.
It is what keeps you in control when the work gets hard.
That is where change starts.
A few small things can completely change how class feels.
Wear something you can move in.
Bring grip socks.
Come hydrated.
Arrive with a few minutes to settle.
And always tell us if something feels off in your body.
And if you’re new — truly, don’t worry. Everyone is focused on their own breath, body, and reformer. Once class starts, it becomes just you, the movement, the instructor, and the energy in the room.
Come as you are. We’ll help you get grounded.
Save this before your next class.
For the mothers.
For the mother figures.
For those who nurture, guide, carry, and care.
For those missing someone today.
For those longing, grieving, hoping, or healing.
For those whose story with motherhood is complicated or still unfolding.
We see you.
There is space for you here.
There is room for all of it.
With đź–¤ love,
Tonic Method
Mediterranean Bowls đź’ś
Grilled chicken, quinoa, tomato cucumber salad, hummus, tzatziki, and kalamata olives — simple, fresh, and high in protein.
Currently one of my favorite, easy dinners to throw together during a busy week.
It’s not just harder.
It’s more intentional.
At Tonic, we use strength, cardio, breath, and precision to build a body that can stay connected under pressure.
You’re not just moving.
You’re controlling.
That’s the difference.
What part of class challenges you most?
