Happy International Nurses Day! With a perfectly awkward pose, we created this custom mannequin for a client's original Silent Hill Dark Nurse costume. The screen-used dress, mask, shoes, hat and knife were carefully fitted onto a modified mannequin with a creepy and veiny paint job. Even the base has an eerie themed "hospital floor" look.
