Being involved with this project was one of the most physically challenging yet immensely rewarding experiences I’ve had behind the camera. Conquering the heat, rain, and immense fatigue was tough enough in the support vehicle, making the journey travelled by all the riders even more impressive.
The project aimed to document the riders’ journey as they battled the elements, the terrain, and most importantly that inner voice that questioned their motivation at each pedal stroke.
The end result was exactly that, with a gallery of images that I’m incredibly proud of and a beautifully crafted film by @avinashkunjamboo / @yuzustudios.co that showcased the journey across Thailand in the most amazing way.
A huge thank you goes to @jianlyap for the insane idea that brought this project to life and for trusting that we were the ones to capture the journey.
