Tomos Eames is Gruffudd.
Tomos will be a familiar face to audiences for his recurring role as DS Joe Keeler in Drama series Shakespeare & Hathaway. Recently he appeared in the successful mini series Lost Boys & Fairies.
Gruffudd and Rhianwen were childhood friends who upon both being captured and forced into slavery grew much closer. An age ago, a romance blossomed but Rhianwen escaped and with becoming a mother, her world changed. She’s made a new life with Gunolf.
Gruffudd on the other hand, tracks her down and is fixated on picking up where he and Rhianwen left off.
