Self-made is a lie.
We were built.
By kind and mean people. They are all important to our progression even if it’s who not to be like.
Who, now how.

I’m biased but this kid is going places.
If I could do it over, I’d do it his way.
•Flex school
•Work in a ski/ bike shop
•Ride daily
•Kind to people
•Prioritizes being a good friend and sibling.
•Figures out how he can, not why he can’t.
•Knows and trusts himself.
•Knows and trusts God.
Love you Jamo.
Weber State University changed my stars 25 years ago. I love the people, place and purple pride.
I am forever grateful and humbled by the opportunity to address the 2026 graduating class College of East.
Congratulations graduates!

Building strong families is heavy.
We don’t have to carry it alone.
LÉVO listens, lifts and
lightens.

*I couldn’t be more proud of J.T. Telford of Horus Media and Porter Hawkes of Hawkstra for producing this TV spot for LÉVO™️- Primary Mental Healthcare.
It will air this weekend before, between and after The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints General Conference.

I don’t see any other way to address the silent-suffering happening in Utah families other than for
LÉVO to get LOUD.
Not brash.
B O L D.
LÉVO is dropping our -Lift- campaign, “Strong Families. Silent Struggles.” during KSL’s airing of
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, General Conference sessions this coming weekend.
Utahns are strong.
Families are heavy.
Don’t carry it alone.
LÉVO Lifts & Lightens.

Hard-working, educated, top-performing families. ALL with silent-struggles.
Primary mental healthcare
isn’t weakness.
It’s optimization.
Every successful family needs performance-psychiatry.
Some IT-factor.
•Ideas (assessment & advice)
•Tools (med and non-med options)
You chase summits.
We’ll stand by you.
LÉVO lifts.
[Same and next-day appointments at 4 Utah locations & telehealth. Primary mental healthcare & Hormone optimization]
This conversation with Mary Crafts on her podcast, Crafting a Meaningful Life was, “radically honest”. The timing was ironic and I flirted with “preachy”. 📣🎙️
Why?
Because “suffering is sacred”. Wounds of wisdom that we choose to lean into as stewards perfectly positioned to love and lift others who are sitting exactly where we once sat. Hurting.
Heart ache transforms to elation when it shortens and softens others suffering.
This is the perpetual ♾️ plan of joy
I have felt.
Not the absence of pain.
Immeasurable joy in-spite of it.
We can’t waste our suffering.
We earned it.
To learn and grow.
Most importantly,
to relieve others
suffering.
Lean-in.
Lift & Make Lighter.
There are moments in healthcare that send me to the local rage-room. This sentiment…🤯
MD: Yes. We know there is an average wait time of 37 days in Utah to see a psychiatric professional.
LÉVO: Not here. We have openings today, tomorrow and day after tomorrow at 4 locations and telehealth with St. George coming by July 1.
MD: We know LÉVO’s professionals went to school, received psychiatric-training, are licensed and legal to practice psychiatry, but they aren’t MD’s. They’re mid-level psych mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP).
LÉVO: Trained, licensed and legal to practice with 4X more time on average given to patients than an MD primary care office.
✅Trained to practice.
✅Licensed to assess and treat.
✅Legal by all standards in the U.S.
Expertise.
