Ternyata yang paling sulit bukan memulai perubahan…
tapi mempertahankannya saat semuanya mulai terasa baik-baik saja.
Setelah sempat turun sampai HbA1C 5,6, aku mulai lengah dan merasa “aman”.
Dan hasil terakhir jadi reminder kalau tubuh tetap mencatat semua yang kita lakukan.
But it’s okay.
Reset bukan berarti gagal.
Kadang kita cuma perlu mulai aware lagi dan kembali ke track yang benar 🤍
