Stunts don’t get enough credit or respect - I’m genuinely surprised they’re not part of awards season - considering the complexity of them - their design and co ordination, the filming of them the creating of them and the actual potential hazards of them when a script is brought to life in practicality. Whether that drivin diving riding climbing falling burning crashing fighting leaping tumbling Someone actually does them. Here is my mate Jakie just checking the drop onto a fake horse. Simple. But hours and hours of practise in the hot sun. Even for little things. And he doesn’t complain he just hangs out.
