One Year, Three Countries, Seven Cities, and Ten Races.
And thats not even including the countless number of memories and friends I’ve acquired along the way.
An incredible weekend in DC to wrap up a year since discovering this sport. From a 12 minute PR with my mom, to a sub 59 relay, to watching so many badass friends achieve their goals; couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend it.
Cheers to another year of more PRs and less ERs
Hyrox Phoenix Weekend Highlights:
Pro Doubles debut with @moea7i
Podium chasing with another sub-60 relay
Raced against NFL veterans
And most importantly, had an absolute blast with the Empire squad seeing them all crush PRs
Can’t wait to do it all over again in DC
Do hard things with your parents. Probably one of the coolest moments of my life.
Convinced my mom to do a race with me and safe to say she caught the itch. Crushed our 2 hour goal and pushed myself for 100 unbroken wall balls. Insanely proud of her and myself.
This also just proves you all will be seeing hyrox posts from me for the next 30+ years
The obsession is real.
Two more races in two days, another two minutes shaved off my solo, and a sub 60 relay with the squad.

This one goes out to the community that has changed my life. Welcomed me, encouraged me, and has pushed me to be my absolute best. Only just a few months ago I knew none of them and now I can’t imagine my life without any of them.
Cheers to all of you for being absolutely incredible people who also enjoying suffering through the pain to better ourselves. Y’all crushed it in Dallas, cannot wait to run it back in DC.
