Very sad to hear we lost Patrick Muldoon.
I got a chance to direct Patrick in a movie called Saving Christmas. I grew up watching him on Saved By The Bell. He had enough riz to steal Kelly from Zack, so of course I was intimidated to meet him at first.
I quickly found out he was one of the most charming, and thoughtful actors I’d been around. He often talked about how much his family meant to him. He was humble, but had a rebellious flair that made everyone around feel a little bit cooler just by knowing him. We worked together to beef up his character. I was impressed with his creativity and loved all the choices he made on screen. He even borrowed my guitar while he was in town.
The man could really shred.
I always figured we’d see each other again down the road - another movie, another set.
He will be missed 🎬🤍

We just wrapped our latest film and without a doubt, the wildest one I’ve made yet, and I mean that in the best possible way.
Endless snow, freezing rain, brutally cold nights… and a cast and crew who never let up. We survived the jungle.

I co-wrote this script many years ago with @bdolansfr - a super talent who, in my eyes, could always see into the future. It’s wild how the tone of this film rings even truer today than it did back when he first put pen to paper.
And shoutout to cinematographer @_noahluke for delivering breathtaking visuals and playing all kinds of jazz with the camera.
Can’t wait to dive into the edit.
