I did it! I ran the London Marathon 2026!
It is difficult to find the words to describe how I feel. Whilst my legs may be sore and stairs are a no go, I absolutely loved it!
I told myself I would enjoy every moment, otherwise what’s the point? I did the training, listened to the advice, bought all the gear… but nothing could’ve prepared me for the unreal support from the crowds and the sheer determination of everyone running around me.
Getting to share the experience and cross the finish line with my amazing friend @ionamiller24 made it even more special.
There were moments I had to really dig deep and remind myself why I was doing it… and that was for @_place2be Thank you so much to everyone who supported me and helped raise over £15,000. Truly life-changing for so many children.
A day I will never forget… until next time 🏃🏼♂️

Thank you @billie_bhatia for sharing with us a trip of a lifetime. It is difficult to put into words the feeling of heading out on a morning game drive, spotting an elephant quietly munching or pausing in the bush for breakfast or G&T. • Drive through a large web and get smacked in the head by a spider • Have a Choca Mocha Amarula, barefoot on the river bank
• Take three deep breaths at every sunset and hold your fiancés hand
