Honestly prep couldn’t have gone better considering circumstances stances, time of year is always stressful with uni and on top of that occurring a hip injury 6 weeks out set us further back than we thought.

Couldn’t be happier, start of last block we accrued a hip injury that was heavily affecting squats, since then we’ve been able to manage the pain really well to the point where depths look good and there’s minimal during squats, bring on the green
