November’s Super Beaver moon
.
I had the idea of shooting this mornings setting full moon out at sea, conditions on the water were glassy, little to no wind, a faint easterly swell rippling through, with kit prepped, I launched and made hast seaward
.
The expectation of seeing an enlarged otherworldly Supermoon sinking into the horizon was unfortunately marred by hazy cloud before the main event could occur . . That being said, looking over my shoulder I met the first glimpse of the days sun
.
I may not have got the shot I’d hoped, but I was happy with the result . . plus, time afloat is time well spent, don’t you think?
