Just absolutely unreal Honestly can’t express how much Sunday meant to me. Very much felt like a love letter to my left leg after years of complications (cyst in left tibia, almost amputation, year in a wheelchair, ACL/MCL/meniscus tear, muscle graft, kneecap surgery, ankle stress fracture in February…) - and I’m GASSED to have ran my first marathon in 3:38 after a complicated time training 🏃‍♂️ Most importantly, a massive thank you to @alderhey_inspired for letting me run and to absolutely everyone who donated. The JustGiving is now at £1,850 which is mental and going to mean so much, it’s really overwhelming, and I’m so glad to give something chunky back! Last few days of the JustGiving now, so if you can and haven’t yet, please do help out, it will make my utterly destroyed body very happy! Sub 3:30 I’m coming for you…

12 weeks to go… We’re getting there. I’ve completed two half marathons before, most recently back in 2023, so I was quietly shitting myself about this today. Managed the Victoria Park Half in 1:31:51 - elated to be quicker than 2023, annoyed to have just missed 1:30. But no massive knee pain, so maybe it’ll all be okay and fun and stuff?? Thank you so bloody much to the people who have donated to the Just Giving page so far - it means loads, and I know it’ll mean loads to @alderhey_inspired . For those wanting to find out more about why I’m running the London Marathon and donate to a wicked cause, the link’s in my bio - any and all donations are genuinely so motivating! Thank you thank you thank you x 🏃‍♂️ #londonmarathon2026 #londonmarathontraining #alderheychildrenshospital #charity #fundraiser

This year I’m going to be running the London Marathon and am beyond excited (and terrified) to be 1 of 20 people picked to represent Alder Hey Children’s Charity in Liverpool. Back in 2001, I was diagnosed with a bone cyst in my left tibia and almost lost my leg. After a lot of hospital jumping, I was looked after by Alder Hey, spent a year in a wheelchair, and without their care and support, my life would would be looking remarkably different today. It’s a surreal opportunity to be running for the cause that literally means I can run. They do bloody incredible work and it’d be wicked to raise as much money as possible as a way of saying thank you. Obviously times are tough, but if you can afford to donate anything whatsoever or share this about it’d mean the WORLD to such an amazing cause, help so many young people, and would also make any permanent damage that I do to myself worth it. 🔗 Link to donate and read more is in my bio (and various spamming of stories) and can’t thank you enough! 🏃‍♂️ #londonmarathon2026 #londonmarathontraining #alderheychildrenshospital #charity #fundraiser

I’ve Heard This One Before Continuing development with support from @newdiorama Premiered Camden Fringe, 2025 14th - 15th August Chisenhale Dance Space, London A surreal and sharp-edged two-hander blending live music, stand-up, clowning, and existential dread. Set in a purgatory-like comedy club, the show follows a deeply insecure comic and a clueless, drum-playing clown as they unravel the fragile mechanics of laughter - one ill-timed cymbal crash at a time. With live looping, dubious punchlines, and the occasional breakdown, it’s part stand-up set, part sound experiment, part slow-motion crisis. Deviser/performers - ELIZA SCOTT, TOM CLAXTON Dramaturgy/support - MARSHALL STAY, IZZY EDWARDS

Inspired by the works of Crystal Pite and Pina Bausch, The Darndest Things collides joy and dread to paint a picture of an unsettling future. Choreographer, sound designer, lighting designer - MARSHALL STAY Dancer/devisers - TOM CLAXTON, ELIZA JEAN SCOTT, ADAM HAVSKY Dramaturgy/Assistant Directors - IZZY EDWARDS, JAHVEL HALL

On Saturday we closed A Manchester Anthem. This show has meant the absolute world to me. So much has happened since its inception back in 2019, and it’s bizarre saying goodbye to a show I’ve literally grown up with. The journey of this show continues to boggle my mind, and I have nothing but endless love and thanks to anyone and everyone who has supported it along the way. Thank you to @thespacetheatre for giving us our very first home when I wasn’t allowed within 2 metres of the audience. Thank you to @wearevault_ for being early, loud, champions of the show, and for protecting the cardboard boxes from the damp. Thank you to @thepleasance for taking a punt on us and bringing us to Edinburgh. We literally would not have done it without you. And for the discount on those chicken burgers in the Courtyard. Thank you to @hopemilltheatre . Getting to perform this show in Manchester was always a dream and felt incredibly full circle. The response was overwhelming. Big up all the Manc mums in the bar. Thank you to @riversidestudioslondon for the last four weeks. It’s been truly mad getting to do a proper London stint. Thank you to the reviewers who said overwhelmingly lovely things, and the ones who acknowledged my freakish height and mental limbs. Thank you to @broadwaybabycom for the Bobby Award. We’re still proud owners of our little dog. And to any usher who recommended us when people were looking for something to see. And to anyone who watched. Either the grainy, recorded stream of Dancing to Disco back in 2021, or the final night in London. Mates, or people who took a chance on some new writing. Especially to those who came through more than once. And especially to those who have seen every iteration of this project. And to @cloudburst_ltd for giving this show another life, loving it as much as we do, and jumping on the phone when I’ve lost my mind. And to the team, old and new. For being the most fantastic, warm, generous, intelligent, funny, and creative people. It’s been an absolute privilege getting to work on this show. And, obviously, to Nick. You’re a fucking marvel.
