There’s something special about photographing Balinese people. Nobody flinches from the lens, they lean into it. Everywhere I went, I was met with warmth, curiosity, and a quiet willingness to be seen. 📷
Doherty Christmas Day 2025, a wonderful day heading to the big smoke on the train with my grandparents and aunty for lunch with uncle @tonydohertyoz@emsy.d my uncle Glen and my cousins. Great wines, incredible feast and a lot of fun and laughter! A delicious cheesecake by my cousin @florencedoherty_ Cheeky the smoochy pooch was in on all the action too. I finished off the day with dinner and a beer in the bush at my parent’s place. A very wholesome Christmas! 🎄🎅🍷☀️🍻
