Well after 3 years, two american presidents and 1 plague, the time has come for me to say goodbye to @sweetpollynyc . I learned tons of new skills, met my best friend @sammi.t.katz , got concerningly obsessed with rum, created and forgot how to make dozens of original cocktails, and had countless unforgettable times with extraordinary people. Thanks to all the brilliant, hardworking staff and kind and generous patrons for making this the best job I’ve ever had. I’ll be there next Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday- come by for a dirty negroni while it’s still legal.
