Ubud dance crew! It’s time for something a little different. On my travels here in Bali, I have noticed that there is alot of dance and “connection”… but not alot of space to actually hang out and truely connect in a comfortable space with great atmosphere and great music.. So I have teamed up with the bro @toltech1 to bring to you a night of low key hangs and intimate chats… and some yummy bass music This is a downtempo party. Not a dance journey. There will be dancing of course but the aim is to create an atmosphere where you can dance and move your body or chill with your mates and have a good yarn. Maybe even spark up a convo with someone you dont know after meeting them on the dancefloor. We will have two tea masters in the space serving tea all night and lush chill zones to connect.. and plenty of space to dance as well. The container will be held with intention and reverence but with looser parameters than a conscious dance such as letting the no talking in the space. Liquid Bloom and Beauty Way Productions were thrilled to come together for our third offering in Bali a few weeks ago at Yoga Barn. What unfolded was a vibrant celebration of community: prayer, dance, cacao, tea, and the medicine of music weaving us into one field of joy and presence. Immense gratitude to everyone who helped shape the evening: Toltech for setting the tone with an incredible opening set, Sophie Sofree for a luminous transmission of song and sound, and the beautiful tea space holders who grounded the gathering downstairs. These nights remind us why we gather: to remember the beauty of being human, to celebrate life as ceremony, and to strengthen the threads that carry us forward as one community, one prayer, one song.
