Five years ago I moved to Berlin and since then live in the cozy and beautiful Kiez of Weißensee! It must have been around 38 years since my mother moved from there to Dresden to start her studies. A few months ago @jnthn.hn_ visited me and took some beautiful photos in the surrounding neighbourhood. I am really looking forward to play a concert with newly written music for my ensemble „nirgends“ in our local bookshop in just a few days! Without my family story, I probably would never have ended up living in Weißensee. And without the books I bought in this bookshop over the last 5 years, the music we are going to play would have never been written.
