How do make the most of a 5 hour layover in Dublin...you go see an amazing person you haven't seen in 23 years, and you realize how much you still love them after all this time.
Every day in Thailand has been amazing, but there are moments that you know you'll remember forever. I traveled by scooter with a wonderful new Thai fiend on the back, and riding behind my two new U.K. friends, who I'm fairly certain I'll be friends with for the rest of my life, for about an hour and a half. We drove through the mountains and along the ocean, to hike to a cave, then spent hours playing in the ocean. Finally we closed out the night with drinks and a karaoke bar we had all to ourselves. There aren't a lot of perfect days that you get, but that day was one.
Yesterday was a day of temples. One with thousands of people, and the second abandoned but open to the public, I had an entire temple to myself, it was pretty amazing. This is the first one...
I've learned over the years when you're feeling stuck or lost, sometimes you need to shake things up. So I took my own advice and f*cked off to Thailand. Bangkok was not my favor, so I quickly f*cked off from there as well, but here's a few picks. I'm in a much better place now. I'll keep you updated...
