@caroline_alarcon_loor is one talented photographer and we are lucky to have her as part of the SONICYOGA family. For over a decade she has been taking portraits of people of all walks of life. You will often catch her taking class at SONIC and she has participated in our yoga teacher training as well. She has photographed many of the SONICYOGA teachers as our resident photographer.

Max and I headed to Dumbo last night. We saw a remarkable dance piece by @louisanpancoast . Then we took in the beauty of the area. We took time to reflect as the water lapped, the change-of-season-breeze blew, and we looked at the Tribute in Light.
I am filled with gratitude for all the love in my life, the freedom I have to grow and evolve, and the grace along this journey.
