Last night we fired up the @campchef pellet smoker, running on my favorite pellets from my friends @pitmasterschoicepellets , for a 12 hours smoke on a boneless pork shoulder.
Just tucked in the meat for a rest before it’s time for dinner.

A new addition to the shop … one heavy piece to carry alone but it made from my truck to the shop and neither of us got damaged.
Just need to go down the rabbit hole of calibration as its readings are slightly off from the test blocks.
If anyone has any experience with calibration, I’d love some pointers.

Just finished up a custom set of tantos.
The first is 109 layer Damascus, forged from 1084 and 15n20 with a Damascus guard and @the_muskokaturner Mauser Birch burl handle.
The second one is forged from W2 steel with a nice hammon, haltered copper guard and African Blackwood handle.
The display stand is made using Zebrawood.
Using black acrylic for a reflective background for the photos is fun but it shows every speck of dust 🤦♂️
