Our Director @teriokoro concluded her RIBA CPD 2025 contribution with a Q&A session earlier this week. 200+ delegates joined the session. She closed by asking for mindsets to be altered about possibilities when retrofitting. #inclusive design #futureproofing #retrofit.

✨From litter to Glitter✨
This past weekend, TOCA in collaboration with the @_blackheritagehub_ led the transformation of Brettenham Alleyway from neglected space into a clean, vibrant and welcoming community pathway.
By actively involving local residents in the project, we not only enhanced the physical environment but also fostered stronger community ties.
We were honoured to welcome the Mayor of Enfield council @enfieldcounciluk , who joined us on site to witness the impact of this collaborative effort.
