Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins turned out to be one of the hardest things I have ever done… and somehow, one of the best.
Ten times tougher than what you see on TV; No sleep, no mercy, zero comfort, endless shouting, and a masterclass in discovering layers I didn’t know I had
The goal was simple: show up, give everything I had, and hope that my efforts reached beyond just myself.

Forever my home… 🏟️
Before I was a Bobsledder, I was a sprinter. At one point I was top 20 in the country over 60m 🏃♂️ while weighing 115kg!! The speed maths didn’t add up, but the clock didn’t lie ⏱️
Hours on the track made it home. And hours on that track taught me things only time can… how to make speed look effortless ⚡️
Because that’s what real speed looks like.

✅ Before one of the best performances of my career came one of my most enduring injuries.
I talk about that in this video and about how exposure, repeated deliberate exposure to the things that scare you, can be the thing that carries you through your most daunting moments when nothing else will.
✅ I also want to give flowers to someone who deserves a whole post to himself. Raph Rinaldi, my physio and soft tissue expert.
One of the finest humans I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. He was there through every surgery, worked miracles on a body when it wasn’t cooperating, and somehow also moonlighted as my dating coach lol.
In a world full of people focused on themselves Raph was the complete opposite of that. Every single time.
✅ Part 3 is where it gets fast. The actual run, a shout out to some incredible teammates, and what it really takes to perform at the highest level when the stakes are everything.
