9 hours of straight choreography and these kids got their new piece DONE.
Three very consuming days. Hard work, sweat, breakthroughs… but every second was filled with determination and grit to finish the job.
I would walk in toward the end of each session completely amazed at what I was seeing from these dancers and the work of @tmitchell227

Y’all… a jazz piece literally brought me to tears.
To watch my dancers . from the tiniest 7-year-old to the oldest in the room go FULL OUT, fight through exhaustion, kick ass, and keep up… it reminded me exactly why I love this team so much .
And if you know Terrill, you know he’s TOUGH.
He pushes. He demands more. He corrects every detail. But he always teaches with purpose, positivity, and intention. He makes these kids understand the “why,” not just the movement. And that’s what creates growth.

I already can’t wait to put it on stage next weekend.
People call me crazy for the way we work… but truthfully, I love the challenge. Because moments like this prepare these kids for so much more than dance. They’re learning discipline, resilience, confidence, and how to rise under pressure.
And the best part?
These kids are ALL IN for it.
