Exactly a week today, we gathered for She Gives, She Gains an intimate International Women’s Day conversation inspired by the theme Give to Gain.
What began as an idea slowly turned into a room filled with thoughtful voices, shared experiences, and honest reflections about what it truly means to build.
One thing that stood out clearly is this, many women are giving long before the world sees the results.
They are giving their time, their courage, their creativity, and their consistency often in quiet ways that don’t immediately show.
Hearing the journeys of our incredible panelists and the reflections from everyone in the room was a reminder that growth rarely happens in isolation. It happens through community, shared stories, and the willingness to keep showing up.
I’m deeply grateful to our speakers for their openness and generosity, and to everyone who chose to spend part of their International Women’s Day with us.
This was my first time convening a conversation like this, and it has reinforced something important for me, there is real power in creating spaces where people can reflect, connect, and learn from one another.
