🔹تام پالمِن (Thom Palmen) از برجستهترین چهرههای سینمای کوتاه اروپا است. او بنیانگذار جشنواره بینالمللی فیلم کوتاه اومئو در سوئد بوده و طی چهار دهه گذشته در جایگاه داور، برنامهریز و مدیر هنری در دهها جشنواره معتبر جهانی فعالیت کرده است.
🔹پالمِن بهعنوان تهیهکننده بیش از ۱۵۰ فیلم کوتاه و بلند، از جمله آثار برگزیدهای چون Undress Me و Prisoner of Society، نقشی مهم در معرفی استعدادهای جوان و گسترش سینمای کوتاه در سطح بینالمللی داشته است.

He is the founder of the Umeå International Short Film Festival in Sweden and, over the past four decades, has served as a jury member, programmer, and artistic director at numerous prestigious film festivals around the world.
🔹 As the producer of more than 150 short and feature films, including acclaimed works such as Undress Me and Prisoner of Society, Palmen has played a significant role in discovering new talent and promoting short film culture on an international scale.

ساخت فیلمکوتاه حتی در ترکیه هم بازگشت اقتصادی ندارد
🎬 #ازگی_آی بازیگر ترکیه ای که در جشنواره فیلم کوتاه تهران حضور داشت، بیان کرد: از مدتها پیش، بسیار مشتاق بودم که امسال بتوانم بهصورت حضوری در جشنواره شرکت کنم. علاقه زیادی به تماشای فیلمهای کوتاه ایرانی داشتم و خوشبختانه فرصت دیدن چند اثر از بخش ملی برایم فراهم شد. البته متأسفانه امکان تماشای همهی فیلمها را نداشتم، چراکه بسیاری از آنها زیرنویس نداشتند.
🎞وی افزود: با این حال، یکی از فیلمهایی که موفق به دیدنش شدم، تأثیر عمیقی بر من گذاشت هرچند نام آن را به خاطر ندارم. تا جایی که یادم هست، فیلمی درباره سوگ مردی دیدم که همسرش را بهتازگی از دست داده و برایم جالب بود.
🎥ازگی آی عنوان کرد: در مجموع، باید بگویم که سینمای ایران از نظر طراحی صحنه، طراحی لباس و بهطور کلی کیفیت فنی، در جایگاه بسیار بالایی قرار دارد. البته متأسفانه شرایط در ترکیه نیز تا حدودی مشابه است و نه فقط در ترکیه و ایران، بلکه در بسیاری از کشورهایی که من سفر کردهام، وضعیت فیلم های کوتاه به همین شکل است یعنی بازگشت مالی ندارند.
📽این بازیگر درباره فرایند ساخت فیلم کوتاه در ترکیه مطرح کرد: فیلمهایی که بدون حمایت مالی از سوی دولت یا نهادهای دولتی و بهصورت مستقل ساخته میشوند، معمولاً بازگشت اقتصادی چندانی ندارند. حتی در سینمای ترکیه نیز این موضوع صادق است مگر اینکه فیلم بتواند در سطح بینالمللی دیده شود و در جشنوارههای متعددی بدرخشد.
