A healthy sex drive (your libido) is a bit like appetite: some people want a snack every hour, others forget food exists until 4 p.m., and both can be totally normal. Yet people still panic wondering if they’re
* Too horny
* Not horny enough
* or somehow malfunctioning like our global based satellite internet
The truth is, libido comes in all shapes and sizes from Netflix and chill to the main character in a 50 shades of Grey
What’s healthy depends on the person, their body, stress levels, relationships, and whether they’ve had enough sleep and water - also depends on your diet and the amount of drugz you maybe taking…
Libido Can also GHOST You - and this is the ghosting that you shouldn’t ignore
Libido naturally goes up and down. Sometimes it’s romantic movie montage and other times it’s Please don’t touch me, I just ate garlic bread and need silence.
That’s normal…But if your sex drive suddenly packs its bags and disappears without warning, it may be worth checking and not ignoring
Possible things to look out for:
* Your desire vanishes faster than your motivation on a Monday morning
* Low libido hangs around for months like an overstaying houseguest
* Sex comes with pain, bleeding, or technical difficulties downstairs (eg Mr Winky doesn’t want to play)
* Anxiety, depression, or hormones are acting like uninvited party crashers
* Intimacy causes fear, panic, or emotional shutdown instead of connection
This doesn’t mean you’re broken, cursed, or secretly turning into a monk. Bodies and brains are weird little ecosystems, and sometimes they need maintenance, support, or a professional to look under the hood - especially when you’re taking G.E.A.R
Just giving a plan out without clear explanation is lazy
It’s writing down shit on a word document - not coaching.
Coaching involves teaching a client and providing the guidance in order for them to execute the plan YOU provide.
The times I have had clients tell me about coaches not realistically doing their “job” - not giving feedback, not asking for training footage, not explaining the whys behind changes or additions or subtractions - clients aren’t children - even my Junior athletes understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it.
Coaches go on about babysitting clients but what about coaches who don’t coach?
NATURAL PROGRESS
2 years naturally progress here for @msmithcoaching_
From fat and bloated to the first contest prep to a “Flexible” off season and now to the pulled back awesome lean but bigger physique…
This goes to show how much training and nutrition matters - you can take a shit tonne of gear and peptides but without it the proper foundations it won’t do diddly for you.
Matt is a fine example of a natural human who can make insane progress when given the right guidance
This showing will be different
The big ole butt!! Strength and shape can be made at the same time
Livey live every week- any questions related the DMS are open until the end of my working day!
Much loves 🫶
Session duration means diddly squat
Complain all you like but if I see your training and it’s like a limp wet lettuce then I’ll tell you how it is.
Fannying around on the gym floor doing 10 shitty half arsed bicep curls then flashing your “guns” and taking a selfie for the socials ain’t building shit mate - so don’t complain about the physique you haven’t achieved due to the work you haven’t done.
My guys and girls train like fricking animals, they’re strong, they’re intense and their sessions are no longer than an hour at most.
If you don’t more time putting effort into your sessions rather than complaining about your own crap you’ll be surprised at how much more you can gain.
You’re welcome 😇
The Pilates take over
You ever tried it?
Damn hard - BUT doesn’t solve your issue of retaining the flab around your belly and the flappy bingo wings and the issue of not eating more than a carrot and gaining 6lbs
Lift heavy shit
Walk after meals
Actually EAT and eat properly (not a “salad” every day because “being good”
Amazing what happens when you do summit properly
Easy differences to understand about glp’s
Any questions fire them away as per the usual
