There’s something a little magical about what dairy does in dessert 🤍 Locally-produced cream and butter give this white chocolate tart its smooth, silky texture, melting into something rich and comforting. That creamy base turns simple ingredients into something special. High-quality local dairy is truly at the heart of the desserts we love most. Finished with strawberries, vanilla cream and a hint of pink peppercorn, this one’s made to steal hearts 💌 Biscoff Base • 180 g Biscoff cookies, finely crushed • 85 g local unsalted butter, melted White Chocolate Vanilla Ganache • 320 g good-quality white chocolate, finely chopped • 175 ml local heavy cream (35%) • 2 tbsp local unsalted butter • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste • Pinch of salt Vanilla Cream Topping • 200 g local heavy cream (35%), cold • 20 g icing sugar (or to taste) • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste Toppings • Fresh strawberries, halved • Pink peppercorns, lightly crushed • Fresh thyme leaves • Freeze-dried strawberries Method 1. Base Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch tart pan. Chill 20 minutes or bake at 350°F / 175°C for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely. 2. Ganache Heat cream until just steaming. Pour over white chocolate and butter. Rest 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt. 3. Assemble Pour ganache into cooled base and smooth the surface. Chill 1–2 hours, until softly set. 4. Decorate Top with vanilla cream, strawberries, pink peppercorns, thyme, and freeze-dried strawberries just before serving. #everybodymilk #inspiredbydairy #supportlocal #madeinontario #foodstyling

I have a fan. My biggest fan, actually. A tiny, furry regular who shows up uninvited whenever I’m in the kitchen. Flattered? Obviously. ☺️ But sometimes admiration turns into ambition.
