UK TOUR COMPLETED! You brought me notes I sent you in 2018 along with our record saying “I hope I get to come to the UK someday” and someday finally came. It’s not often you find people who exist so naturally on the same wavelength like we did with everyone on this tour. We laughed so much, the kind that hurts and feels so good at the same time. We discovered sicknesses we’ve never had before; Three of the four of us landed in urgent care and are currently on strong antibiotics and resting, and one of us fought off the most wicked case of food poisoning we’ve ever seen that lasted 7 days and somehow still managed to rally enough to play half of shows on tour. We sang! (On and off stage) We cried! (On and off stage) and we are leaving the uk full of memories. I’m grateful for all of it. Jenny, Chris, Avery, Phoebe, Kathryn, Sophie, JC and Sonny - thank you for everything.
The US needs more clock towers, tampons in bathrooms, and tea cakes.
